Background

I will not be publishing the current marketing plan online as it’s currently being implemented. That said, I will provide a fairly detailed infographic and a basic rundown of what the plan involves for each brand. Previous successful marketing initiatives and favorable market conditions made several of the facilities extremely attractive for sale, so 5 of the 9 facilities were sold in the last year and half or so. The company is now very cash strong, so plans are being developed to expand all 4 remaining facilities (3 different brands). These expansions should more than double the units available at each facility and provide the company with more income potential with the 4 facilities than it had with all of the previous facilities combined.

Plan Summary:

It’s been a few years since the last website re-design, so each brands website is getting a facelift. Along with that facelift, a number of all new marketing strategies will be implemented to include:

New Email and Social Media Campaigns to boost Online Reviews from Current Tenants
An email drip campaign for prospective tenants that provide their email
Content Posting Plans that will provide fresh site content, linking-building opportunities, social media sharing, content for drip campaigns, etc.
Paid & Remarketing Campaigns
The overall plan’s goal is to boost SEO, traffic, page rank, and new customers. This is to reduce reliance on listing services. This will also give the brands a platform for marketing the new units when they become available in the next year or so.
