Overview

As a marketing innovator and leader, I spearheaded an in-depth exploration of social media analytics across eight accounts at WealthAbility®, resulting in the development and execution of a robust Social Media Growth Strategy. This involved strategic planning for each platform, including corporate and celebrity CEO accounts, with a focus on messaging and content development.

The strategy, meticulously tailored to audience demographics and preferences, incorporated a dynamic mix of curated, organic, and promotional content on a weekly and monthly basis. The primary objective was to boost engagement, extend reach, and drive follower growth, ultimately funneling conversions into our marketing pipelines. Overseeing both the social media team and external vendors, I ensured stringent adherence to the strategy, closely monitoring and making adjustments as needed.

Integral to our overarching marketing strategy, social media synergized with our PR efforts, forming a vital component in achieving lead generation, conversions, and corporate revenue targets. Within the initial 12 months, our Instagram followers surged by 5x, surpassing 100,000—a pivotal milestone in support of our CEO’s book launch, “The Win-Win Wealth Strategy.” This strategic approach not only leveraged social media as a powerful marketing tool but also strategically utilized book sales to drive engagement and lead conversion.

The success of “The Win-Win Wealth Strategy” was further underscored by its achievement of best-seller awards from prominent platforms such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, The Wall Street Journal, and USA Today. Innovative methods like newsjacking and live events further contributed to increased engagement and viral reach. This project serves as a compelling example of my leadership and strategic prowess in steering comprehensive marketing initiatives with tangible success.
